Relais International is pleased to announce the State Library of Victoria in Melbourne, Australia has implemented Relais ILL to automate and manage their resource sharing activities, including the Direct Delivery service.The State Library of Victoria (SLV) is one of Australia's oldest cultural institutions. It is the major reference and research library in Victoria, responsible for collecting and preserving Victoria's documentary heritage and making it available through a range of services and programs.
Relais is hosted locally by SLV. SLV is using Relais web services to integrate patron ordering with Relais. Relais also includes the fully integrated Relais Scanning Module for seamless electronic delivery of items to patrons and to other libraries.
