Syracuse, NY, March 4, 2009 - Polaris Library Systems, a leading provider of library automation technology, announced today the establishment of a new Customer Relations department.
This new department will focus exclusively on customer satisfaction. Customer Relations staff will work with new and existing customers to make certain Polaris is providing the essential support, tools, information, and resources customers need to successfully run their libraries.
Jodi Bellinger will assume the title of Manager, Customer Relations. Jodi was sales and marketing operations manager at Polaris and has been with Polaris for almost 10 years. Connie Wilson, a 25 year veteran of Polaris, will join the department as Customer Relations Coordinator.
