INWOOD, WV, Dec. 12, 2008. Kentucky libraries that have recently upgraded to TLC’s ILS, Library.Solution, are Magoffin County Library, Bracken County Public Library, and Russell County Public Library.
Library.Solution is the first automation system Magoffin County Library has used. Library Director Melanie Cain said, "I visited TLC’s customers and those libraries think TLC is the best library vendor. The company got great feedback for friendly customer service. TLC and Library.Solution will bring us up to par with other libraries, help the community, and make our jobs easier."
Bracken County Public Library is also automating for the first time. Library Director Valerie Clark said she chose TLC as her automation vendor because of positive comments from other libraries in the region. Her positive experience with TLC continued with an installation visit, she said: "The TLC installer was fantastic. He had worked with our technician before his visit to make sure everything was in place."
"Everyone that I have talked to at TLC has been great," Ms. Clark said. "[Automating] is exciting. We feel like we’ll be an up-to-date library. Our patrons deserve to have this too."
Russell County Public Library upgraded to Library.Solution from a Follett Sagebrush Winnebago Spectrum system.
