June 25, 2006. Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory located in Livermore, California, has selected Relais ILL to automate their ILL and Document Delivery operations.
This system will include Relais Access, web-based pages, to allow patrons to request items from the Library as well as to inquire about the status of their requests.
Clare MacKeigan, General Manager of Relais International, says "We are delighted that the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory has selected Relais International as their ILL and Document Delivery System vendor". The system will be hosted by Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) on a server running an Oracle database. The Relais system will be implemented during the summer 2006.
