WebFeat Launches WebFeat Express International Edition

Old Brookville, NY, November 7, 2006— Reflecting WebFeat's rapid global expansion, WebFeat has today announced the release of its new International Edition of WebFeat Express. WebFeat Express International Edition provides the ability to dynamically change language displays on both its search interface and administrative console.

WebFeat is now used in more than 18 countries, including: (China, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Thailand, and Turkey.) Languages offered in the first release of WebFeat Express International Edition include Chinese (Traditional), Chinese (Simplified), English, French, Japanese, Korean, and 2 variants of Spanish (Latin American and Spain). WebFeat is fully Unicode compliant and supports both input and display of double-byte characters.

WebFeat Express International Edition enables administrators to easily change languages displayed on both the WebFeat search interface as well as the administrative interface simply by selecting the desired language from the new Express version of the WebFeat Administrative Console (WAC). WAC Express enables system administrators to easily configure all aspects of their WebFeat system, including database menus, subject guides, catalog configuration, authentication, and user interface configuration.
