Both companies are now working together to utilize the X12 standard format to simplify and expedite acquisitions, ordering, and invoicing through Electronic Data Interchange. Brodart's 2.3 million-title database provides access to the most timely and accurate information available on title status and availability. Once complete, the alliance with Brodart will allow Sirsi libraries to electronically order, invoice, and receive books and other materials quickly and more efficiently using the Unicorn® Library Management System.
