The new location, formerly a Reed Business Information (Cahners) site, includes upgraded technology services for networking, telephone communications, and video conferencing. The upgrades in business practices improve the distribution of services for Endeavor's customers.

Current customers already benefit from the relocation through an optimized telephone system for Endeavor's Library and Technical Support Departments. Endeavor's new Customer Support system allows critical needs to be directly connected to a high-priority response center. Customers can now efficiently reach the Endeavor Support Analyst who can best address the customer's product-specific question.
