The customer service provided by Biblionix is unparalleled in the industry. Small problems are corrected in a few hours, medium-sized problems in a few days, and large problems in a few weeks.

If Atriuum had the ability to chat/text with our patrons, we'd have switched already, but Apollo's "Gabbie" is a feature our patrons love and we're not willing to drop it until a suitable alternative is available.
