Comments (survey2020)
We are pretty happy with our current ILS but we anticipate having to migrate within the coming few years because this product is no longer under development and we expect it to be phased out by the vendor soonish. We like the vendor but are concerned that we wouldn't be able to afford their more current products, so we anticipate switching vendors. Open source seems like a good option for us as a potential way to have more control over our ILS while saving money in the long term if we are able to phase out vendor support.
