As we are in the process of changing systems we haven't had very much to do with III lately.

The VTLS company has taken over by the Innovative Interfaces, Inc. but in India the VTLS Indian customer service support is good. But in future we do not whether the Innovative Interfaces, Inc. comes with an another product by merging the VIRTUA with III LMS
