Library Automation Perceptions Reports

Since 2007, Library Technology Guides has conducted a survey to libraries to gauge their satisfaction with the technology products they use and with the companies that provide support. The survey also asks for interest on relevant topics, such as open source library automation systems. A report is provided that summarizes the results of the survey, with statistical summaries, general conclusions.
