(PTFS Europe) Cumbria County Council selected Koha for its new library management system, replacing a previous SirsiDynix solution. PTFS Europe has provided a comprehensive range of implementation and support services and the Council is pleased to announce that the system is now live. The Council looks forward to delivering an improved service to its customers and the library service particularly values the capabilities and efficiencies offered by the new open source solution.

(The Library Corporation) Newport News Public Library recently joined The Library Corporation family by implementing Library.Solution integrated library system software. Located in Newport News, VA, this 5-location library system has a mission to “connect, inspire, enrich and empower,” which they have continued to do in the middle of a global pandemic.

(SirsiDynix) SirsiDynix announced that Essex County Council and Thurrock Council have joined The Libraries Consortium (formerly The London Libraries Consortium), taking TLC's reach beyond London and the home counties.

(Equinox) Equinox welcomes Brookfield Public Library to the Evergreen ILS with their successful migration to the Missouri Evergreen Consortium. The Brookfield Public Library's move will support 1,116 patrons and encompass a total of 2,1307 bibliographic records. Services provided by Equinox included project management and Evergreen software configuration. Data extraction and bibliographic deduplication were completed as part of their migration encompassing item, patron, and transaction records. Remote training was also provided by Equinox.

(Patron Point) Patron Point announced that West Vancouver Memorial Library of British Columbia has selected its patron relationship management system to support the Library's marketing efforts. Of particular interest to the Library was Patron Point's ability to improve its email marketing performance.

(EBSCO Information Services) The National Central Library of Florence is the first national public library to have launched FOLIO. BNCF is using FOLIO for the management of users and circulation operations as well as for some pre-cataloging activities. The implementation project, led by @Cult, included the creation of a new website, the renewal of the OPAC and FOLIO hosting services from EBSCO Information Services (EBSCO).

(Ex Libris) Ex Libris, a ProQuest company, announced that WU – Vienna University of Economics and Business has gone live with the Ex Libris Leganto course materials service. The university opted to move to the Leganto service as part of WU's digitization strategy, which calls for developing new forms of teaching and increasing support for distance learning. With the Leganto rollout, the library was ready to make the transition.

(Patron Point) Patron Point announced today that New Castle-Henry County Public Library of Indiana has selected its patron relationship management system to support the Library's marketing efforts. Of particular interest to the Library was Patron Point's ability to support the Library's goals of targeting patrons by age demographics for improved newsletter segmentation and providing tools to create engagement marketing programs.

(EBSCO Information Services) The Five Colleges Consortium, as part of its FOLIO beta partnership with EBSCO Information Services, has become the first consortium to implement FOLIO Electronic Resources Management. This is the first step in a full FOLIO implementation in 2021. The consortium includes Amherst College, Hampshire College, Mount Holyoke College, Smith College and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Of particular interest to the Library was Patron Point's ability to move the Library's email program beyond monthly newsletters.
