(Follett) Follett Corporation announced the appointment of Britten Follett to lead Follett School Solutions, the company’s PreK-12 business. A fifth-generation family member, Follett has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Follett School Solutions. Follett most recently served as Senior Vice President of Marketing Strategy and Classroom Initiatives for Follett School Solutions, the leading provider of integrated content and technology solutions to the PreK-12 education space.

(Follett) Follett Corporation announced two executive leadership appointments tied to the company’s strategic expansion of technology and services that improve student outcomes in schools, colleges and communities across North America. Follett Higher Education President Clay Wahl has been appointed COO of Follett Corporation, and Roe J. McFarlane has been named Wahl’s successor as President of Follett Higher Education. Wahl and McFarlane will report to Pat Connolly, Follett Corporation President and CEO.

(Koios) Koios, the company that helps libraries show up first in Google results, has officially expanded its business into Canada. It made its debut in Toronto at Collision, “the fastest-growing tech conference in North America”. To serve the Canadian marketplace, Koios has welcomed Beatrice Pitocco as National Sales Manager. Pitocco’s experience in sales with libraries and digital marketing stretches back to 2004, when she served as the Eastern Canada Sales Executive for EBSCO. Later, she was a Sales Manager for Canada for Innovative Interfaces, Inc., working her way up to National Sales Manager during her 3-year tenure at III.
