CLOCKSS. CLOCKSS names new Executive Director. CLOCKSS, the long-term digital preservation service for scholarly communications, announced that Alicia Wise will be its new Executive Director, taking over from Craig Van Dyck, who retires in May. [Full Announcement].

MOBIUS MOBIUS migrates Avery-Mitchell-Yancey Regional Library to NC Cardinal Consortium. MOBIUS announced that the Avery-Mitchell-Yancey (AMY) Regional Library successfully migrated and went live as a member of the NC Cardinal Consortium, which utilizes the Evergreen Integrated Library System (ILS), on February 18, 2021. BiblioCommons BiblioCommons launches BiblioEmail: integrated, accessible, automated email marketing designed for public libraries. BiblioEmail is now available to all public libraries for pre-order as part of the BiblioCommons suite of services. Gale Group Gale and Bodleian Libraries at University of Oxford announce the Gale Scholar Asia Pacific, Digital Humanities Oxford Fellowships. The Bodleian Libraries and Gale, a Cengage Company, are delighted to announce the launch of the Gale Scholar Asia Pacific, Digital Humanities Oxford Fellowships program. Funded by Gale, the fellowships will support three scholars for a three-month period of research into a digital humanities related topic at the University of Oxford, using the Centre for Digital Scholarship of the Bodleian Libraries. The goal of the program is to encourage emerging digital humanities scholarship in the Asia Pacific region and progress the contribution of non-Western and regional perspectives in the field of digital humanities research. NISO Announcing NISO’s 2021 Awardees. The winners of the National Information Standards Organization's 2021 awards and scholarships were announced. The recipient of this year's prestigious Miles Conrad Award for lifetime achievement is Heather Joseph, Executive Director of the Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition. This year's NISO Fellow is George Kerscher, CIO of the DAISY Consortium and Senior Advisor, Global Literacy, Benetech, for his invaluable work on information standards for accessibility and content distribution. The Ann Marie Cunningham Award honors NISO volunteers who routinely go above and beyond the normal call of duty to serve the organization.
