Ex Libris WU – Vienna University of Economics and Business goes live with Ex Libris Leganto, providing easy access to course materials. Ex Libris, a ProQuest company, announced that WU – Vienna University of Economics and Business has gone live with the Ex Libris Leganto course materials service. The university opted to move to the Leganto service as part of WU's digitization strategy, which calls for developing new forms of teaching and increasing support for distance learning. With the Leganto rollout, the library was ready to make the transition. [Full Announcement].

Ex Libris Austrian Library Network Selects Ex Libris Alma. Ex Libris announced that the Austrian Library Network has decided to adopt the Ex Libris Alma resource management solution. Among the 14 member libraries that are participating in the first implementation phase are the Austrian National Library, the University of Graz, Vienna University of Technology, the University of Innsbruck, the University of Vienna, and Vienna University of Economics and Business. Ex Libris Austrian Library Network goes live with Primo. Ex Libris announced that the Austrian Library Network has gone live with the Primo discovery and delivery solution. Primo provides a unified interface to the Network’s central catalog and is now in use at the University of Innsbruck library and the University of Vienna library. Over the coming months, the Austrian National Library, the University of Graz, the Vienna University of Economics and Business, the University of Applied Arts Vienna, and the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna will join the consortium. Ex Libris announced that additional libraries from around the world have selected the Primo discovery and delivery solution as a unified gateway to their library collections and will join the international Primo community in benefiting from the Primo Central mega-aggregate of scholarly e-content, scheduled for release in mid 2010.
