(SirsiDynix) SirsiDynix announced the selection of the BLUEcloud Campus Library Services Platform by three UK universities in partnership. Canterbury Christ Church University, the University of Greenwich and the University of Kent will share a Unified Library Management System (ULMS) that will improve the student experience and support collaborative working. Following a vigorous joint selection process, the partners have chosen SirsiDynix to realise their shared ULMS vision that will support effective, efficient and sustainable student-centred services.

(Talis Information Limited) Talis Keystone has enabled University of Greenwich to expose rich functionality from their Talis Library Management System and directly embed this into their SunGard Luminus based campus portal. Students have experienced immediate benefits, including the ability to access their library account information, together with email, shared networks and course information within a single student environment their university portal.

(Talis Information Limited) The John Rylands University Library of Manchester, UMIST, Loughborough University, the University of Greenwich, Kingston University and the University of Derby are amongst the first libraries to mount their catalogues on the World Wide Web. The new service, which will make it easier for both existing library users and those outside the university to view the OPAC, has been made possible by the new TalisWeb software from BLCMP.
