(Ex Libris) Ex Libris announced that East Tennessee State University has chosen the Ex Libris RapidILL resource-sharing service to improve the interlibrary loan experience for patrons of the university’s Sherrod Library.

(Ex Libris) Ex Libris announced that the Tennessee Board of Regents Libraries - NorthEast (TBRL-NE), consisting of the libraries of East Tennessee State University (ETSU) and Northeast State Community College (NeSCC), is the 200th customer worldwide to implement the Ex Libris Alma library management service.

December 16, 2014

(Ex Libris) Ex Libris announced that Sherrod Library at East Tennessee State University and Northeast State Community College have together selected a suite of Ex Libris solutions, comprised of the Alma resource management solution, the Primo discovery and delivery solution, and the bX article recommender service. ETSU is replacing a number of legacy systems including Innovative Interfaces Sierra.

September 06, 2006

(Innovative Interfaces, Inc.) Innovative announced that East Tennessee State University, Northeast State Community College, and the Watauga Regional Library will implement a shared Millennium integrated library technology platform. The combined system will make over 1.7 million items available to patrons and will increase their capacity for intralibrary loan services. The organizations are migrating from a Voyager system. In addition, Bristol Public Library, a member of the Watauga Regional LIbrary system, is migrating from a CARL system maintained by TLC, Inc.

July 23, 1998

(Endeavor Information Systems, Inc.) Endeavor Information Systems announced that 26 new academic and research libraries purchased the Voyager library automation system during the second quarter of 1998. This brings the total number of customer contracts to 154 serving over 284 libraries.
