The Denver Public Library AquaBrowser implementation will feature, among others, an unprecedented level of patron account integration with the library’s integrated library system. Customer and staff reviews contributed over the last several years will be tightly integrated in AquaBrowser’s social features, and link directly to results found in AquaBrowser.

(Overdrive) Denver Public Library's new online service s giving city residents access to popular eBooks directly from their homes and offices. OverDrive, Inc., a leading vendor of eBook solutions for libraries, supplied the technology for the new service. Denver Public Library serves over a half-million residents. A whopping 80 percent of the city's population has a library card and access to the new service.

(The Library Corporation) LC/CARL announced that the company''s premier automation and management system for large public libraries and consortia has been renamed CARL.Solution. The new name represents the culmination of TLC and CARL''s effort to mine the deep functionality of the classic CARL system using intuitive graphical interfaces.

(Innovative Interfaces, Inc.) Innovative Interfaces announced that the Denver Public Library, which operates a CARL system, has joined other libraries of the Colorado Alliance of Research Libraries'' INN-Reach system. The Denver Public Library is the first non-Innovative system to participate in an INN-Reach Direct Consortial Borrowing System.
