As libraries develop new models for today’s patrons, more systems such as Columbus Metropolitan Library are selecting Ingram Content Group for comprehensive library supply solutions. Ingram Content Group has been named as the primary vendor of print materials for Columbus Metropolitan Library, one of the most-used library systems in the United States. The system includes their main library and 20 branches. Webfeat. Columbus Metropolitan Library makes WebFeat key component of Website and technology upgrade. Columbus Metropolitan Library has launched a custom WebFeat federated search system. The customizability of the WebFeat solution, provided through WebFeat partner SirsiDynix, enabled the library to make WebFeat a central component of its major technology and website upgrade project which was unveiled to the public in mid-October. Columbus Metropolitan Library’s implementation of its WebFeat system enables library patrons to access and simultaneously search any or all of CML’s more than 50 electronic resources directly from any page of the library’s website.
