FOLIO è una library service platform open source creata da una comunità di bibliotecari, fornitori e sviluppatori. Tramite la piattaforma FOLIO, Chalmers gestisce sia le risorse elettroniche che quelle cartacee.

(EBSCO Information Services) Chalmers University of Technology has become the first university library to go live with FOLIO with hosting services from EBSCO Information Services. FOLIO is an open source service platform created by a community of librarians, services providers and developers. Adopting the FOLIO platform allows Chalmers to manage both its electronic resources and print materials on the same platform.

(EBSCO Information Services) EBSCO Information Services is teaming up with Chalmers University of Technology to serve as the first FOLIO beta partner. As a touchstone for the global academic library community, Chalmers Library will prove out FOLIO’s ability to satisfy traditional resource management requirements while allowing for extensibility into new services based on a vibrant new technology ecosystem for libraries.

(Copyright Clearance Center) Copyright Clearance Center, a global licensing and content solutions organization, announced that its Get It Now article delivery service is now available for adoption by academic institutions of higher education in Sweden. Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden is the first school outside the United States using Get It Now.

(Innovative Interfaces, Inc.) Chalmers University of Technology, located in Gothenburg, has signed a contract with SLS Information Systems, the European division of Innovative Interfaces, to upgrade their current LIBERTAS library management system to INNOPAC Millennium during the Summer of 1999.
