Kortext. CLA and Kortext to accelerate KeyLinks UK and international expansion. CLA and Kortext announce that from 1st January 2020 its KeyLinks operations will come together under single leadership. Over the past 2 years CLA and Kortext have worked closely in developing, enhancing and supporting the KeyLinks reading list management system which is now being used in libraries in the UK, Europe, Australia and the US. Kortext has been named as one of the 70 Fastest Growing Tech Companies by tech group Silicon Valley Comes to the UK (SVC2UK). Kortext. dmg ventures makes further strategic investment in Kortext to accelerate growth. Kortext, the UK-based digital textbook and learning platform provider, announces dmg ventures, the venture capital arm of Daily Mail and General Trust, has led a scale-up funding round in the Company. dmg ventures has subscribed for new shares in Kortext, run by founder and CEO James Gray. Manuel Lopo de Carvalho, CEO of dmg ventures, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. [Full Announcement].

Kortext. Kortext selected to join the London Stock Exchange ELITE Programme 2018. Kortext, a world leading personal learning platform and digital textbook and learning content provider, has been selected as a member of the 2018 London Stock Exchange ELITE Programme. This selection validates Kortext as a serious disrupter in the education space as learning content transitions from print to digital. The Company has a leading position in the UK and is scaling internationally very quickly. The acceptance onto the ELITE Programme will mean that Kortext will join an international investment community that include the likes of Business Growth Fund, Deloittes, GP Bullhound, Index Ventures, Numis and UBS. Kortext. Introducing KeyLinks: the New Reading List Platform. In August 2017, CLA and Kortext announced their acquisition of the rebus:list reading list management system from PTFS Europe. Over the past few months, both companies have worked on rebranding the system and are pleased to reveal that the enhanced product will be relaunched to customers as KeyLinks. KeyLinks is a platform for academic, public or health libraries, where users can organise and manage content such as journal extracts, articles, case reference files and training materials into easily accessible reading lists.
