The University of Zaragoza and Loyola University, both in Spain, have selected OCLC's WorldShare Management Services as their fully integrated library services platform to handle all essential functions of several campus libraries. TIND UT Southwestern Medical Center implements TIND Digital Archive. The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center has implemented TIND DA to manage, showcase and preserve its growing digital collections. By migrating a rich image collection from CONTENTdm, audiovisual materials from Aviary, and digital exhibits from Omeka all into TIND DA, UTSW has enhanced the visibility and accessibility of its archival content. Clarivate Clarivate selected by National and University Library in Zagreb, Croatia to create a Unified National Library Platform. Clarivate announced that the National and University Library in Zagreb has selected Clarivate to provide its unified library services and discovery platform. The National and University Library in Zagreb is Croatia's leading cultural and research institution, serving as both the National Library of Croatia and the University of Zagreb's main library. Its mission is to develop collections and services that promote Croatia's cultural and scientific heritage as well as to build a Croatian national library system. The NSK will implement Ex Libris Alma and Ex Libris Primo from Clarivate to build a modern, unified library system, streamlining the existing infrastructure of multiple library systems and data formats. The NSK will lead the new solution for the academic and research library system across the country, totaling nine universities and 82 libraries, with a cloud-based subscription service. Lyngsoe Systems Edmonton Public Library will be first Canadian library to implement IMMS. Edmonton Public Library, Lyngsoe Systems Library Solutions, and SirsiDynix announced at the Ontario Library Association Super Conference yesterday a partnership that will significantly improve access to library materials for Edmontonians. Through this collaboration, EPL will be the first Canadian library to implement LSLS' Intelligent Material Management System, working in conjunction with SirsiDynix's Symphony Integrated Library System. OCLC ILLiad selected as the National Library of Medicine's interlibrary loan and document delivery management system. ILLiad has been selected by the National Library of Medicine, part of the National Institutes of Health, as its interlibrary loan and document delivery management system. The decision to use ILLiad came in response to a competitive proposal process for NLM's ILL and document delivery needs. ILLiad, developed by Atlas Systems, Inc. and offered in partnership with OCLC, is a trusted solution for libraries. Clarivate Kubikat Libraries choose library management and discovery solutions from Clarivate. Four German university-independent art history research institutes across Europe have decided to implement the Alma library management system as well as the Primo discovery solution from Ex Libris, part of Clarivate. The unified Alma and Primo solution offered will upgrade the current joint catalogue kubikat, based on the jointly operated Ex Libris Aleph 500 library system, to deliver a modern approach delivering superior benefits to staff and users. The four libraries – Kunsthistorisches Institut in Florenz – Max Planck Institute; Central Institute for Art History in Munich; Deutsches Forum für Kunstgeschichte/Centre allemand d'histoire de l'art Paris; and the Bibliotheca Hertziana – Max Planck Institute for Art History in Rome – will leverage the Software as a Service services will make their various types of resources even more efficient and technically up to date. Systematic Group Systematic wins important contract for new library system in Sweden. The Danish software company takes another big step into the European library market after winning a tender worth SEK 100 million for Stockholm Public Library. With the contract, Systematic takes another big bite of the Scandinavian market. The customer list already includes all Danish public and school libraries, Oslo's main library Deichman Bjørvika and its 22 branches, as well as close to 100 other Norwegian municipalities.
