Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg and the Oldenburg Regional Library Select Ex Libris Alma. Ex Libris announced that following an EU-wide tender, the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg’s Library and Information System (BIS) and the Oldenburg Regional Library (Landesbibliothek Oldenburg) have signed agreements to license the Ex Libris Alma resource management service. The European Primo community expands across Europe. Ex Libris announced that numerous academic and research libraries in Europe have selected the Primo discovery and delivery solution. In addition, several existing customers have supplemented their Primo offering with the Primo Central Index and the bX Recommender, while other institutions have expanded their successful Primo implementations.
