VTLS, Inc.. VTLS announces 23 new international sales of the VIRTUA and FASTRAC products. VTLS announced today that by the end of 2004, VTLS had signed an additional twenty-three new international sales of the VIRTUA and FASTRAC products. The sales were distributed around the globe, with seven new sales in Malaysia, four in Belgium, three in India, two in Thailand, two in UAE, one in Pakistan, one in Qatar, one in Indonesia, one in Kuwait, and one in Russia. VTLS announced a significant achievement in its implementation of the Functional Requirements of Bibliographic Records model in online catalogs. VTLS, Inc.. L'Universite Catbolique de Louvain becomes VTLS' first installed Virtua Site. L''Universite catholique de Louvain in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, went live with a version of Virtua'' s OPAC, Cataloging and Authority Control, and Web Gateway May 15, 1998. UCL is the first customer to install Virtua in a live environment.
