Biblionix Biblionix announces partnership with Unique Management. Biblionix announced the integration of Unique Management's Gentle Nudge capability into its Apollo Automation System. The Apollo Connection is immediately available to all customers for no additional charge. Gentle Nudge helps libraries recover overdue materials, fines, and fees without alienating their members. This is done outside of the realm of the collection agency mentality. Patron goodwill is maintained and patrons are always directed back to the library to return any materials and make any payments. PTFS LibLime, a Division of PTFS, makes all code within LibLime Koha available. LibLime, a division of PTFS, announces the public release of LibLime Koha 4.8. LibLime Koha 4.8 represents the innovation, ideas, and talents of many professional librarians with whom LibLime enjoys working and with whom we look forward to a continued professional partnership in years to come. Many of the features in LibLime Koha 4.8 were envisioned, designed, and funded by a variety of libraries including Colorado Library Consortium, National Association of Realtors, the National Science Foundation, Oyster River School District, South Central Library System, Big Country Library System, Pioneer Consortium, and West Texas Library System. Polaris Library Systems. Rochester Hills selects Polaris Integrated Library System. Polaris Library Systems announced today that the Rochester Hills Public Library in Michigan has selected the Polaris Integrated Library System to provide a more positive library catalog search experience for patrons and more responsive customer support for library staff. Polaris Library Systems. Five more GALAXY libraries migrate to Polaris ILS. Polaris Library Systems announced that five GALAXY libraries in Mississippi, Kentucky and Indiana will migrate to the Polaris Integrated Library System, joining the more than 100 former GALAXY libraries that have already upgraded. These include the Mississippi library systems of Waynesboro-Wayne County, Bolivar County, and Pine Forest Regional; the Hardin County Public Library in Kentucky, and Pendleton Community Library in Indiana. Polaris Library Systems. Finger Lakes Library System selects Polaris. A consortium of thirty-three New York libraries has chosen the Polaris integrated library system to provide the backbone of its library service, GIS Information Systems, Inc. announced today. The Finger Lakes Library System, comprising Cayuga, Cortland, Seneca, Tioga and Tompkins counties, selected Polaris to replace their fifteen-year old Dynix system. [Full Announcement].
