Ex Libris University of Western Australia Selects Ex Libris Alma. Ex Libris announced that the University of Western Australia, a member of the Group of Eight coalition of Australian universities, has selected the Ex Libris Alma library management solution to replace a number of disparate systems, including Innovative Interfaces Millennium. UWA sought a solution that would provide streamlined, unified workflows and enable the university to handle both electronic and print collections within a single system. [Full Announcement].

Ex Libris Primo customer base in Australia continues to expand. Ex Libris announced that a number of institutions in Australia have chosen the Ex Libris Primo discovery and delivery solution and the Primo Central Index of scholarly e content. Together, these solutions provide users with a unified interface for the discovery and delivery of both their library’s entire collection and global electronic resources. The newest members of the Australian Primo community are the University of Ballarat, Macquarie University, and the University of Western Australia. [Full Announcement].

Ex Libris announced that after a rigorous evaluation process, the University of Western Australia Library has selected MetaLib and SFX .
