Mid North Coast Co-operative Library Service has gone Live with LIBERO Cloud and have been successful with their aim of being stress free now that Insight is looking after their system maintenance and that they have a dependable support network.
"Bugs and technical issues are now dealt with immediately, or as part of an automatic upgrade by LIBERO's Development and Support Team," said IT Librarian, Gabby McDonald.
"I was a little worried [about the conversion] because of how old the database was, I was expecting a few issues, but everything went pretty smoothly."
Now, a few weeks after going Live, Gabby said the support has been amazing.
"The support has continued with Consultant Jeremy Macpherson being responsive to my questions, even if he must gather more information, he still responds with a courtesy email," Gabby continued.
"As a LIBERO Cloud user, our system is constantly being upgraded, all I need to do now is remember to check the release notes!"
