Ex Libris Montana’s academic libraries select the Ex Libris Alma resource management service. Ex Libris, a ProQuest company, is pleased to announce that Montana’s Treasure State Academic Information & Library Services (TRAILS) consortium has selected the Ex Libris Alma resource management solution. The 16 member consortium of academic libraries decided to adopt Alma as a common, shared platform across the state following an earlier adoption of the Ex Libris Primo® discovery and delivery solution by the University of Montana, Montana State University, and the Outreach Montana: Networked Information group. Ex Libris New System Provides Access to 14 Academic Libraries in Montana Through One Search. The collection holdings of 14 academic libraries in Montana are now available through a single online search, thanks to an unprecedented statewide partnership. The new system is made possible by a collaborative effort of the libraries of the four campuses of Montana State University and four campuses of the University of Montana, as well as private colleges, tribal colleges and a community college. Ex Libris Montana higher education institutions select Ex Libris Primo and SFX. Ex Libris announced that the University of Montana and the Montana State University System—both multi-campus consortia—have selected the Primo discovery and delivery solution, the SFX OpenURL link resolver, and the bX Recommender. The Ex Libris solutions will replace Summon and 360Link from Serials Solutions at several member institutions. [Full Announcement].
