The Historically Black Colleges and University (HBCU) Library Alliance announces two newly elected members and one newly re-appointed member of the HBCU Library Alliance Board of Directors. Rinalda L. Farrar, Ph.D. and Judith Rogers, MLIS are newly elected board members, and Monika Rhue, MLIS was elected to serve a second term.
