Ex Libris The Library of the University of Amsterdam and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences chooses Ex Libris Alma platform to enhance support for students, teachers, and researchers. Ex Libris, a ProQuest company, announced that the Library of the University of Amsterdam (Universiteit van Amsterdam, or UvA) and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (Hogeschool van Amsterdam, or HvA) has selected the Ex Libris Alma® library services platform. The Alma adoption will help the universities improve the management of their growing e-resource collection and introduce operational efficiencies that will free librarians to deliver enhanced services. The Ex Libris Primo discovery and delivery solution, which is already in use at the library, will be integrated with the Alma platform. [Full Announcement].

Ex Libris The University of Amsterdam Goes Live with Aleph. Ex Libris announced that the University of Amsterdam has successfully gone live with its new Aleph integrated library system. Aleph, which was selected following an extensive and thorough RFP process including both national and international vendors, has replaced the University’s former LBS system. [Full Announcement].

Ex Libris The University of Amsterdam and the University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands Choose Aleph from Ex Libris. Ex Libris Group announced that the library of the University of Amsterdam and the Media Library of the Hogeschool van Amsterdam -- the University of Applied Sciences -- have selected the Aleph integrated library system from Ex Libris to replace their LBS systems, expanding the worldwide Aleph community to 2,250 institutions.
