Ex Libris Ex Libris announces five sites go live with the Primo discovery and delivery solution. Ex Libris Group announced that during August and September of 2007, five institutions--Vanderbilt University, the Royal Library of Denmark, the University of Minnesota, the University of Bridgeport, and the University of Iowa--went live with the Ex Libris Primo discovery and delivery solution. Ex Libris SFX beta testing underway. SFX, the context-sensitive reference linking solution, originating in research work by Herbert Van de Sompel at Ghent University in Belgium, and now owned by Ex Libris, enters a new phase as beta testing gets underway in some key US libraries. SFX Beta Test sites include: Los Alamos National Laboratory; Harvard University Library; California Institute of Technology; Vanderbilt University; and Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. Follett New partnership with Vanderbilt University: Follett to operate Vanderbilt University Bookstore. SIRSI Corporation. SIRSI introduces new WorkFlows product. SIRSI Corporation announces a new user interface and work flow manager for its popular Unicorn Library Management System. Called WorkFlows, the new product uses Windows, graphical user interface, and client/server technology to streamline a variety of library operations. This interface has been in development for the last two years, with participation from Stanford University and Carnegie Mellon University.
