AGent Information Software (AIFS) Publishes 2020 Audited Financials. AGent Information Software (AIFS), the parent company of Auto-Graphics, Inc. (A-G), released 2020 year-end financials. In the year ending December 31, 2020, AIFS continued strengthening its financial position, despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. AIFS reported a net income of $408,667, with EBITDA representing 21% of sales at year-end. Continued growth of the company's recurring revenue base saw an increase from $5,030,056 in 2019 to $5,222,595 in 2020. AIFS reported EPS of $0.09 on weighted average shares outstanding $4,484,577. ProQuest, NYU Pilot Program offers students and faculty instant access to 150,000 Ebooks via app. New York University (NYU) Libraries and EdTech leader ProQuest have launched a pilot project that will make over 150,000 scholarly titles available to students and faculty via their mobile devices. Two Tennessee Universities Adopt the FOLIO Library Services Platform using EBSCO FOLIO. The University of Tennessee at Martin (UT Martin) and Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) will be transitioning to the FOLIO Library Services Platform (LSP) using EBSCO FOLIO hosting and implementation services from EBSCO Information Services (EBSCO). Chile’s University of Concepcion’s FOLIO Library Services Platform Migration is underway. University of Concepcion is the first library in Chile to choose FOLIO as its Library Services Platform and will use EBSCO Information Services for implementation and hosting services.
