Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam selects Talis Aspire to use with OCLC's WorldShare Management Services. Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam has signed on to use the Talis Aspire course resource list management system along with OCLC's WorldShare Management Services, their library services platform, so that faculty can easily create reading lists from the library collection for students to access quickly in compliance with local copyright requirements. OCLC and Talis are partnering to offer Talis Aspire to WMS customers throughout the United States, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Australia, and New Zealand. [Full Announcement].

Langara College Joins Talis Aspire Resource List Management Solution (RLMS) Community to streamline copyright workflows and improve student success. The Talis Aspire community in Canada continues to grow, as Langara College joins the University of Alberta, Capilano University, MacEwan University, and Okanagan College in benefitting from the platform-neutral Resource List Management Solution. Talis Aspire will facilitate library oversight of copyright workflows, reducing risk across the university, while amplifying library visibility and use of licensed resources at the point of student learning. Capilano University joins the growing Talis Aspire community in North America. Capilano University has selected Talis Aspire as their Resource List Management Solution, in order to better support faculty and library relationships, particularly with copyright auditing and management. Delft University of Technology becomes the first university in The Netherlands to adopt Talis Aspire. Delft University of Technology has adopted Talis Aspire in order to better support the student experience and drive efficiencies within the library. They will be making use of online reading list management along with Talis Aspire's Management Information (MI) Dashboards, in order to gain better insight into list coverage and usage analytics. ProQuest integrates ebook data with Talis Aspire, simplifying reading list workflows. ProQuest has collaborated with Talis, a SAGE Publishing Company, to integrate ProQuest Ebook Central platform pricing and holdings data into Talis Aspire, a tool used by libraries to create and manage resource lists to support university curriculum. Using Talis Aspire, faculty can create reading lists for their courses and send these lists to the library for review and purchase. Now, when a requested book is available through the ProQuest Ebook Central platform, Talis Aspire will display prices, available access models and information on what the library already owns, avoiding duplication. The University of Southampton adopts Talis Aspire to improve the online student experience of digital resources. The University of Southampton has adopted Talis Aspire as they focus on the use of digital resources. They aim to improve students' experience of accessing online resources with reading lists in Talis Aspire. The library will also benefit from streamlined workflows to enhance the resourcing and acquisitions processes. [Full Announcement].

University of Tasmania adopts Talis Aspire. The University of Tasmania in Australia has adopted Talis Aspire. Reading lists and copyright clearance will be implemented with Talis Aspire to improve the student experience and encourage more engagement with collections. Enhanced analytics capabilities will be utilised with the Talis Aspire Advanced Management Information System to provide a deeper insight into learner analytics. [Full Announcement].

Okanagan College adopts Talis Aspire as it launches in Canada. Following the recent launch of Talis in Canada, Okanagan College has adopted Talis Aspire, in order to improve the integration of learning materials into its courses. Their main aim is to improve the student and faculty experience by creating easier access to resources and to give the library a better insight into resource usage. Talis will work closely with Okanagan College to support their individual needs, as well as those of the wider Canadian Higher Education market, along with other Canadian institutions. Talis Aspire launches in Canada with the University of Alberta. The University of Alberta has adopted Talis Aspire, becoming the first university in Canada to do so, officially marking the availability of Talis Aspire in Canada. They have chosen to implement Talis Aspire with student experience in mind, to improve access to resources. Talis will be working closely with the University of Alberta to address their needs, and those of the wider Canadian market, whilst providing all of the benefits of the resource list solution used by over 100 institutions across the world. Following a formal tendering process, James Cook University has selected Talis Aspire to manage and deliver its online reading lists service with integrated copyright management. Following a formal tendering process, the University of the West of England have selected Talis Aspire to manage and deliver their online reading lists and copyright-cleared content services. Talis announces technology collaboration with VitalSource for seamless acquisition and delivery of core-reading e-textbooks into Higher Education courses. Talis announced a technology collaboration with VitalSource to extend Talis Aspire’s acquisition and content features. The relationship also provides UK universities with a simple and scalable means to acquire and deliver core e-textbooks directly into courses for students. [Full Announcement].

BPP University adopts Talis to help deliver on their commitment to provide students access to 100 percent of course readings. BPP University has selected to implement both Talis Aspire Reading Lists and Talis Aspire Digitised Content to support their strategy to deliver all information resources to their students online at the point of need. The University of Westminster is the latest UK higher education institution to take up both Talis Aspire Reading Lists and Talis Aspire Digitised Content. University of Central Lancashire is the latest university to transform its copyright clearance and digitisation service with Talis Aspire. Talis announced that University of Central Lancashire has chosen the Talis Aspire digitised content module to contribute to its Digital Shift strategy. [Full Announcement].

Talis adds four new university customers who have subscribed to its latest Talis Aspire module to manage digitised content and automate copyright clearance. Talis have announced that the University of Lincoln, University of Dundee, City University London and London South Bank University have all chosen the latest Talis Aspire module to automate the management, storage and copyright compliance of their digitised textbook content.
