Auto-Graphics, Inc. The Florida Department of State, Division of Library and Information Services Selects Auto-Graphics’ SHAREit product to foster resource sharing. Auto-Graphics announced that its cloud-based resource sharing solution, SHAREit, has been awarded a contract with the Florida Department of State's Division of Library and Information Services. The contract continues Auto-Graphics' expansion into the Southeast with existing customers, joining the state libraries of Tennessee, Mississippi, and Louisiana. [Full Announcement].

Auto-Graphics, Inc. Auto-Graphics, Inc. awarded Indiana’s Statewide Resource Sharing contract for its statewide remote circulation service. Auto-Graphics announced that its cloud-based resource sharing solution, SHAREit, has been awarded the contract for Indiana’s Statewide Remote Circulation Service, SRCS. This competitive RFP win will result in a new contract for SHAREit with Indiana for up to 4 more years of continued service. [Full Announcement].

Auto-Graphics, Inc. The New Hampshire State Library has selected Auto-Graphics’ SHAREit, bringing the next generation in resource sharing software to the state. Auto-Graphics announced that its cloud-based resource sharing solution, SHAREit, has been selected by the New Hampshire State Library. The New Hampshire State Library, the oldest state library in the United States, will use SHAREit to support the New Hampshire Automated Information System (NHAIS) which includes the 234 public libraries in the state as well as academic, school, and special libraries. Auto-Graphics, Inc., provider of the first Web-based library resource management solution to library consortia and innovative developer of many resource sharing industry “firsts”, announces that its cloud-based resource sharing solution, SHAREit, has been awarded a sole source letter for 2019-2020 from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. Auto-Graphics announced that ACCESSPA, a hybrid (virtual and union) catalog containing the collections of thousands of Pennsylvania public, K12, academic and special libraries, reported a 30% increase over their old fulfillment rate and reduced MARC record duplication by 62% in just the first year after switching to Auto-Graphics’ SHAREit, an interlibrary loan and consortial borrowing solution. Auto-Graphics, Inc. Indiana State Library Chooses Auto-Graphics' SHAREit. Auto-Graphics and The Indiana State Library proudly announce the selection of Auto-Graphics' SHAREit, as the new state-wide Interlibrary Loan and resource sharing system.After a competitive RFP process, Auto-Graphics was selected by Indiana State Library as the vendor of choice with their latest iteration of ILL software. SHAREit helps libraries significantly reduce the amount of time spent on managing borrowing and lending activities, greatly improving staff workflow and patron satisfaction. The system will support 166 library systems representing nearly 25 million holdings across the state. Nearly every ILS vendor is represented from large complex consortial ILS systems to local independent systems. The key to the initiative was Auto-Graphics ability to integrate 166 total libraries, running 15 different ILS systems into the SHAREit patron based ILL module. [Full Announcement].

Auto-Graphics and HSLC, on behalf of the Pennsylvania Office of Commonwealth Libraries, announce the selection of Auto-Graphics' SHAREit, as the statewide resource sharing system. After a competitive RFP process including resource sharing and interlibrary loan vendors throughout the nation, Auto-Graphics was selected by HSLC to provide the next Interlibrary loan platform for Access PA, one of the oldest ILL implementations in North America. Auto-Graphics, Inc. Massachusetts Virtual Catalog selects Auto-Graphics' SHAREit to provide a Statewide interlibrary loan platform. Auto-Graphics announced that the Massachusetts Virtual Catalog Governance Group has selected SHAREit to provide an NCIP-based interlibrary loan (ILL) platform for participating libraries throughout Massachusetts to replace SirsiDynix's URSA system. The award was the result of a comprehensive RFP process that included multiple stakeholder groups and incorporated input from directors at each of the nine library networks throughout the State. Auto-Graphics, Inc. Auto-Graphics Selected to Continue to Provide JerseyCat Interlibrary Loan Services. The New Jersey State Library has signed an agreement with Auto-Graphics to continue to provide the interlibrary loan services that support the JerseyCat interlibrary loan system. This system provides New Jersey’s libraries with access to a broad range of materials through the JerseyCat portal and participating library websites, supplemented by access to collections nationwide.
