Ex Libris State Library Victoria chooses Ex Libris Rosetta for digital asset management, collection, and preservation. Ex Libris announced that State Library Victoria has chosen the Ex Libris Rosetta digital preservation system to manage its digital resources and sustain them in perpetuity. Ex Libris German hbz Consortium selects Ex Libris Rosetta digital asset management and preservation solution. Ex Libris announced that the Hochschulbibliothekszentrum des Landes Nordrhein Westfalen (hbz) has chosen the Ex Libris Rosetta digital asset management and preservation solution to serve the consortium’s member institutions. Every one of the more than 40 hbz member institutions from North Rhine-Westphalia will be able to deposit digital collections and research data in the central Rosetta system and use Rosetta to manage and preserve these assets. The hbz consortium's efforts in the field of digital preservation are supported by the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Research of North Rhine-Westphalia. [Full Announcement].

Ex Libris gibt bekannt, dass sich das Hochschulbibliothekszentrum des Landes Nordrhein Westfalen (hbz) als Digital-Asset-Management- und Langzeitarchivierungslösung für seine Mitgliederinstitutionen für Ex Libris Rosetta entschieden hat. Somit werden künftig mehr als 40 Mitgliedsinstitutionen des hbz in Nordrhein-Westfalen ihre digitalen Bestände und Forschungsdaten im zentralen Rosetta-System ablegen und mit Rosetta verwalten und bewahren können. Die Bemühungen des hbz im Bereich der digitalen Langzeitarchivierung werden vom Ministerium für Innovation, Wissenschaft und Forschung des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen (MIWF) unterstützt. Ex Libris The Center for Jewish History Adopts Rosetta for Digital Preservation and Asset Management. Ex Libris announced that the Center for Jewish History (CJH) has selected the Ex Libris Rosetta digital asset management and preservation solution to support the collections of the Center's five partner organizations: American Jewish Historical Society, American Sephardi Federation, Leo Baeck Institute, Yeshiva University Museum, and YIVO Institute for Jewish Research. Ex Libris Oklahoma State University chooses Ex Libris Rosetta for digital preservation. Ex Libris announced that Oklahoma State University has adopted the Rosetta digital-asset management and preservation solution. Deployed at academic institutions, libraries, archives and other memory institutions around the world, Rosetta encompasses the entire workflow for managing and preserving digital assets, including their validation, ingest, storage, preservation and delivery. Ex Libris Arizona State University and Northern Arizona University select Ex Libris Rosetta. Ex Libris announced that Arizona State University and Northern Arizona University have adopted the Rosetta digital asset management and preservation solution. Rosetta will enable the libraries to manage and preserve their digital collections, including born-digital objects such as web sites and research data, in perpetuity. With Rosetta, the three institutions will be able to implement the solution together and work off one infrastructure, providing end-to-end digital asset management and preservation for the vast array of assets in all of their libraries. Ex Libris The University of Sheffield selects Ex Libris Rosetta. Ex Libris announced that the University of Sheffield in the UK has selected the Rosetta digital asset management and preservation solution. Rosetta will ensure the sustainable preservation of the digitised objects created by the University Library’s Special Collections Department and the National Fairground Archive—a unique collection of videos, texts, audio files, and pictures about the culture and history of travelling fairs and entertainment—as well as the University’s large collection of born-digital material which includes scholarly research data, administrative records, and departmental publications. Ex Libris The Saxon State and University Library Dresden in Germany selects Ex Libris Rosetta. Ex Libris announced that the Saxon State and University Library Dresden has chosen to preserve the digital assets of the Saxon libraries with Ex Libris Rosetta. SLUB is the legal deposit library of the Free State of Saxony and works closely with the Dresden Digitization Center, one of Germany's leading centers of mass digitization. [Full Announcement].

Ex Libris University of Utah selects Ex Libris Rosetta for long-term digital preservation. Ex Libris announced that the University of Utah has opted for Ex Libris Rosetta to preserve the school's extensive cultural heritage collections, which include newspapers and other historical textual documents, photographs, rare books, oral history interviews (including transcripts and audio), motion picture collections, and more. In addition to cultural heritage collections, Rosetta will enable the University of Utah to preserve faculty publications and research data. The J. Willard Marriott Library hosts the collections of institutions on campus and across the state as part of the Mountain West Digital Library. [Full Announcement].

Ex Libris Brigham Young University selects Ex Libris Rosetta. Ex Libris announced that Brigham Young University has selected the Ex Libris Rosetta digital preservation system. The first member of the Association of Research Libraries to adopt Rosetta, Brigham Young will implement Rosetta initially for the Harold B. Lee Library’s digital collections and will later expand the implementation to the digital assets of the university’s colleges and schools. [Full Announcement].

Ex Libris Die Technische Informationsbibliothek entscheidet sich für die Langzeitarchivierungslösung von Ex Libris. Die Ex Libris Group freut sich bekanntzugeben, dass die Technische Informationsbibliothek TIB in Hannover die Langzeitarchivierungslösung Rosetta von Ex Libris für die langfristige Aufbewahrung und Erhaltung ihrer digitalen Sammlungen ausgewählt hat. Die Bibliothek wird das Programm zur digitalen Langzeitarchivierung für die drei Partner-Bibliotheken des Leibniz-Bibliotheksverbundes Forschungsinformation, auch als Goportis bekannt, anführen. Ex Libris K.U.Leuven chooses Ex Libris Rosetta for Digital Preservation. Ex Libris announced that Belgium’s world-renowned K.U.Leuven has decided to enhance its Leuven Integrated Archive System by adding the Ex Libris Rosetta digital preservation system to the university’s suite of library products. Rosetta will enable the university to meet the long-term preservation needs of its library as well as those of archives, museums, and other libraries throughout Flanders that are served by the LIBIS network. Ex Libris announced that the Goportis consortium has selected the Rosetta digital preservation solution to provide sustainable access to digital resources for future generations.
