North Country Library System (NY) launches MessageBee SMS notifications from Unique. Unique Library announced the start of MessageBee SMS for North Country Library System. The library system is a new client of Unique, and joins a growing number of libraries that are using MessageBee to maximize their SMS notification delivery. The North Country Library System is a support organization that delivers services to the 65 public libraries located in Jefferson, Lewis, Oswego, and St. Lawrence counties in upstate New York. Corvallis-Benton County Public Library (OR) launches MessageBee SMS, Phone, and Email service from Unique Management. Unique Library announced the addition of a full suite of MessageBee patron engagement platform for Corvallis-Benton County Public Library this week. Ardmore Public Library (OK) launches SMS notifications for their patrons. Unique Library announced the addition of MessageBee notifications for Ardmore Public Library this week. The community library is adding SMS notifications for transactions like Hold Notices, Overdue Notices, Card Expiration, Auto-Renewal, and Pre-Overdue alerts. CW MARS Consortium (MA) launches MessageBee SMS notifications. Unique Library announced the addition of MessageBee SMS notifications for the Central and Western Massachusetts Automated Resource Sharing (CW MARS) consortium this week. Pennsylvania Integrated Library System (PA) launches MessageBee SMS consortium-wide. Unique Library announced the addition of MessageBee SMS notifications for the Pennsylvania Integrated Library System (PaILS) across Pennsylvania this week. Unique adds new engagement-boosting SMS feature to MessageBee. For MessageBee SMS customers, patrons can now directly reply to their library's messages from their phone. Replies from patrons will appear on the MessageBee dashboard and can be easily accessed and responded to. Points of contact like questions about transactional notifications or announcements can prompt questions from patrons.
