Destiny solutions serve more than 65,000 schools and libraries and are used in 23 of the 25 largest U.S. school districts.

(Follett) Houston Independent School District, the seventh largest K-12 school district in the country, has adopted Follett’s Destiny Library Manager for its new centralized, integrated library management solution. Destiny Library Manager will be implemented later this year throughout the 212,000-student district, which is comprised of 86 certified libraries and 282 campuses.

(Follett) Follett Software Company’s market Destiny Library Manager software product for K-12 schools and districts is playing a key role in a program that by 2015 will provide all 1.1 million New York City public school students with direct access to 17 million books and other informational learning materials. MyLibraryNYC is an initiative undertaken by the New York City Department of Education in conjunction with the New York, Brooklyn, and Queens public libraries, and has been called by the mayor of New York City “a great example of the public and private sectors coming together to invest in our children and the city’s future.
