LibLime welcomes four new members to the Bibliovation 7.4 family. LibLime welcomed four new public library members to the Bibliovation 7.4 family in late 2023. The migrations for all four libraries were completed at different times over the course of November and December and all four libraries started 2024 using the deep functionality available in the web-based and fully hosted Bibliovation 7.4 Library Services Platform. These new LibLime customers cover four different communities in the center of the country. Two libraries support the greater Oklahoma City region with one southeast of the city core and the other northwest, one library supports users in central Arkansas, and the fourth one library supports their community northwest of Dallas, All four libraries are using Bibliovation to manage their print, ebook, and digital collections using the deep functionality in the Bibliovation circulation module. Four Public Libraries Join the Bibliovation 7.4 Family. public libraries have joined the LibLime customer family using Bibliovation 7.4. One library supports the Fort Collins community in Colorado, one library supports users in southern Utah, one library supports their community in central Georgia, and the fourth library serves users in central Texas. South Korean public libraries go live on Bibliovation 7.2. LibLime welcomed two public libraries in South Korea to the Bibliovation 7.2 platform. These two new customers serve users in the general Gunsan and Pyeongtaek communities. Both libraries are in western South Korea near the Yellow Sea. Each provides print and electronic resources to their constituents and both library collections were migrated to the Bibliovation 7.2 platform in mid-summer. [Full Announcement].

LibLime welcomes four new customers to the hosted Bibliovation 7.2 platform. Four public libraries have completed their implementation schedule and have gone live using Bibliovation 7.2. These libraries represent different regions around the country and provide print and digital collection services to their unique populations. One library supports users in eastern Maryland, one library supports users in north central Texas, one library supports users in west central Illinois, and one library supports users in central Arizona. LibLime migrates six public libraries to Bibliovation 7.2. LibLime announced six new public libraries now live on the Bibliovation 7.2 Library Services Platform. Each library was migrated over a six-week implementation period and went live in March and April. The libraries serve communities in Louisiana, California, South Dakota, Virginia and two different counties in New Mexico. All six of these new LibLime customers will be using Bibliovation 7.2 to support their collection maintenance, to disseminate their print and electronic resources, and to share materials with other local libraries as part of regional resource sharing programs. Lora M. Robins Library goes live on Bibliovation 7.2. The Lora M. Robins Library at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden has migrated to the Bibliovation 7.2 Library Services Platform. The Library is now using Bibliovation to provide collection maintenance and library services for their gardening, botany, horticulture, and landscaping collections. Three federal government libraries with traditional public library collections and multiple branches have gone live using a hosted offering of the Bibliovation 7.2 Library Services Platform (LSP). One library is in Louisiana, one library is in Texas, and the third library is in Maryland. These three libraries are now using Bibliovation 7.2 to manage physical and electronic resources as they serve their respective communities. The migration processes were implemented during the summer and the three libraries went live in September. The library staffs are now enjoying the benefits of a 100% browser-based library management solution in a FedRAMP-certified hosting facility. LibLime Wins Multi-Million Dollar Five Year Bibliovation Contract. Bibliovation has been selected by a federal government library as their new Library Services Platform. The library has awarded LibLime a five-year support and maintenance contract worth several million dollars over the life of the contract. The library has several branches throughout the country and will use multiple Bibliovation systems to support their research community. Bibliovation provides the technical capabilities the library needs to meet all workflow requirements for print and digital collections. The LibLime cost proposal falls within the library's budgetary goals as well. LibLime will work closely with library staff to provide support services beginning in mid-September, 2021. Two U.S. Government Libraries go live using Bibliovation 7.0. Two federal government libraries with a shared mission – one in Virginia and one in Texas — have joined to form a union catalog and have gone live using the Bibliovation 7.0 Library Services Platform. These two libraries will be using Bibliovation 7.0 to manage physical and electronic resources as they serve their respective communities. The bibliographic records of both libraries were merged and deduplicated to form this shared catalog and both libraries are now enjoying the benefits of a 100% browser-based solution. South Central Library System selects Bibliovation. LibLime, a Division of PTFS, has been selected by South Central Library System (SCLS) as the winning vendor to implement the Bibliovation Library Services Platform after a lengthy and competitive review of industry LSP’s. LibLime responded to SCLS’s technical requirements with a comprehensive functional response, on-site demonstration and a compelling cost proposal which has resulted in a contract award. LibLime will provide development, migration and continued support services to SCLS. LibLime and PTFS specialists will work closely with SLCS staff to continue to upgrade their current LibLime system. Treasury Library goes live on Bibliovation. The Treasury Library, has gone live on Bibliovation, LibLime’s new state-of-the-art Library Services Platform. The experienced Library staff at Treasury worked closely with the LibLime Project Management team to successfully migrate bibliographic, item, authority, patron and digital content to the Bibliovation LSP from their legacy commercial system.
