Following a tender process, the University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI) have selected Talis Aspire to manage their online reading lists. The University of Oxford, ranked number one in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2018, have selected Talis Aspire to manage and deliver its online reading lists service and copyright management system. Talis Bishop Grosseteste University select Talis Aspire for their first reading list system. Bishop Grosseteste University have selected Talis Aspire to manage their online reading lists and copyright management. The decision was made by their Reading List Task Force, set up in 2017 and led by the Head of Library Services. [Full Announcement].

Talis The University of Bradford selects Talis Aspire for online reading lists. The University of Bradford have selected Talis Aspire to manage and deliver their online reading lists service. By improving library workflows with Talis Aspire, they hope to provide an improved experience for students with better access to resources. The University of Bradford is the second university this month to move from their existing system, Rebus:list. [Full Announcement].

Talis Leeds Beckett University selects Talis Aspire to improve library workflows. Leeds Beckett University are moving from their existing system, Rebus:List to Talis Aspire, in order to provide enhanced integration with their Library Management System, SirsiDynix Symphony. They will integrate Talis Aspire with their Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) Blackboard, to provide a more seamless experience for students and academics. They also aim to make use of Talis Aspire’s reporting and acquisitions tools in order to streamline library workflows. [Full Announcement].

Talis The University of Gloucestershire selects Talis Aspire as part of their digital strategy. The University of Gloucestershire have selected Talis Aspire to manage and deliver its online reading lists service and copyright management system. This decision was made as part of their wider digital strategy which will also include teaching and learning technologies such as Moodle. [Full Announcement].

Leeds Trinity University have selected Talis Aspire to manage and deliver its online reading listsservice and copyright management. With Talis Aspire, Leeds Trinity University Library aims to standardise their approach to reading lists. In achieving this they will provide an improved student experience and better access to resources. Following a review of their reading list service, currently provided using rebus:list, Edge Hill University have decided to adopt Talis Aspire. Edge Hill University already deliver a strong student experience and are looking to take this to the next level by streamlining library workflows. As a Talis Aspire customer, they will also be provided with 24 hour support from our dedicated customer service team alongside the Talis Aspire User Group community, ensuring the smooth transition to Talis Aspire. Talis De Montfort University aims to enhance teaching excellence and student experience with Talis and textbook publishers. De Montfort University have partnered with Talis and five major textbook publishers, including SAGE Publications and Wiley, to embed core textbooks directly into courses, through Talis Aspire, to enhance the student experience. Talis Talis and YBP Library Services partner to provide more choice to academic libraries in the UK. YBP Library Services, a division of EBSCO Information Services , has partnered with Talis to bring more choice, and increased efficiencies, for course reading list driven library acquisitions and collection development. This partnership makes the integration between YBP and Talis Aspire, already in use at many Australasian universities, available now to our shared customers in the UK. Customers who use Talis Aspire workflows and data to inform their acquisitions strategy can now seamlessly, and at scale, acquire the right content in the right format, directly from YBP. Talis has announced that Northumbria University has chosen Talis Aspire as its solution for Course Reading Lists. Northumbria University is one of the largest universities in the United Kingdom, and is the largest university in the North East of England.
