Innovative Interfaces, Inc. Innovative Announces eight Recent Encore Installations. Innovative announced that its Encore Services team completed installations at eight libraries, spanning three continents. The new Encore libraries are Iowa City Public Library (IA), Massey University Library (New Zealand), Pace University (NY), Quinnipiac University (CT), San Francisco Public Library (CA), Singapore Management University (Singapore), Singapore Polytechnic (Singapore), and Wayne State University (MI). Innovative Interfaces, Inc. ARL Libraries Get eResource Usage Stats Faster and Easier with Innovative ERM. Innovative Interfaces announced that members of the prestigious Association of Research Libraries (ARL) have achieved real-time acquisition of user statistics from within Innovative's ERM. Using the Standardized Usage Statistics Harvesting Initiative (SUSHI) model, staff can now access the high-volume of information from hundreds of e-resources—enabling cost-per-use analysis and eliminating time-consuming staff chores. This SUSHI advance extends Innovative's leadership in supporting the ARL members. The first to implement SUSHI with the Innovative ERM are Cornell University, Dartmouth College, University of Arizona, Washington State University, Wayne State University, and University of Washington. Innovative Interfaces, Inc. Wayne State University Libraries implement SUSHI standard with Innovative ERM and SwetsWise Online Content. Innovative Interfaces and Swets announced today that the Wayne State University Libraries have achieved real-time acquisition of user statistics from within Innovative's ERM. Using the Standardized Usage Statistics Harvesting Initiative model, staff can now access the high-volume of information Swets provides—enabling cost-per-use analysis and eliminating time-consuming staff chores. Innovative Interfaces, Inc. Innovative in Q1 2004: 26 Millennium systems sold, new products go to work. Innovative Interfaces announced that 26 institutions purchased or upgraded to Millennium in the first quarter of 2004. Among this group were libraries purchasing the Electronic Resource Management module, the first product of its kind, and other new products available in Millennium Silver. [Full Announcement].

Innovative Interfaces, Inc. Wayne State University Libraries choose Millennium. Innovative Interfaces announced that Wayne State University has selected Millennium as its Integrated Library System. The system, which includes Electronic Resource Management and AirPAC, will replace a Dynix Horizon system. [Full Announcement].
