The University of Notre Dame enhances library systems with EBSCO FOLIO. The Hesburgh Libraries at the University of Notre Dame have chosen FOLIO as their new library system, using EBSCO Information Services' support. EBSCO's FOLIO Implementation teams will ensure a seamless transition to the open-source Library Services Platform, with an anticipated go-live date in Summer 2026. EBSCO will provide Notre Dame with comprehensive support, including technical expertise, training, and integration services, to maximize FOLIO's modular capabilities. This collaborative effort will empower library staff to enhance operational efficiency and enrich the research experience while capitalizing on FOLIO's flexibility and functionality. University of Notre Dame Selects Primo, Completing its Suite of Ex Libris Solutions. Ex Libris Group announced that the Hesburgh Libraries of Notre Dame in conjunction with its colleagues in the Michiana Academic Library Consortium have selected the Primo discovery and delivery solution to serve as a major library portal. An Ex Libris customer for over 10 years, Notre Dame was the first North American institution to implement the Ex Libris Aleph integrated library system. Since that time, Notre Dame has gone on to acquire the SFX OpenURL link server, MetaLib gateway and metasearch portal, Verde e-resource management system, and DigiTool digital asset management system, all from Ex Libris.
