Ubiquity Press University of North Alabama Upgrades Its Institutional Repository with Ubiquity Repositories. The end of 2021 saw the launch of University of North Alabama's Repository of Open Access Research (RoOAR) powered by Ubiquity Repositories. After testing various software and repository providers, UNA chose the Ubiquity Repositories platform, which largely outperformed all its competitors. [Full Announcement].

ByWater Solutions University of North Alabama goes live on Koha with ByWater support. ByWater Solutions, America's forefront provider of Open Source library technology support, announced that the Collier Library and Information Services at the University of North Alabama is now live on Koha. ByWater completed the transition of the library's 882,000 plus holdings from Sierra ILS and is providing ongoing support services to the library. [Full Announcement].

Innovative Interfaces, Inc. University of North Alabama's Collier Library selects complete suite of Innovative Products. Innovative Interfaces announced that University of North Alabama's Collier Library has selected the Sierra Services Platform, Encore discovery application, and the Decision Center collection management solution. Together these products will work in an integrated fashion to manage core library functionality, provide one-search access to key library materials, and create intelligent collection-management reports.
