Atmire UMass Amherst: migration from bepress Digital Commons to Atmire's Open Repository. The University of Massachusetts Amherst, the largest public research university in New England, has chosen Atmire as its repository partner. Atmire successfully migrated UMass Amherst's Bepress Digital Commons repository to the Open Repository platform on DSpace 7. This transition provides UMass Amherst with an advanced repository solution ScholarWorks@UMassAmherst that better serves the university's academic community, offering improved functionality, greater flexibility, and enhanced support for its digital collections and research outputs. UMass Amherst is Atmire's second client among the UMass campuses, following the successful partnership with UMass Chan Medical School. [Full Announcement].

EBSCO Information Services FOLIO beta partner The Five Colleges Consortium adopts FOLIO ERM on its way to implementing FOLIO. The Five Colleges Consortium, as part of its FOLIO beta partnership with EBSCO Information Services, has become the first consortium to implement FOLIO Electronic Resources Management. This is the first step in a full FOLIO implementation in 2021. The consortium includes Amherst College, Hampshire College, Mount Holyoke College, Smith College and the University of Massachusetts Amherst. [Full Announcement].
