Auto-Graphics, Inc. secures Seventh Consecutive Statewide Resource-Sharing contract with Tennessee State Library and Archives. Auto-Graphics, a pioneer in Web-based library resource management solutions for library consortia and statewide systems, announced that its cloud-based resource sharing solution, SHAREit, has been awarded the contract by the Tennessee State Library and Archives for the seventh consecutive time. Auto-Graphics' VERSO ILS, implemented in 95 public libraries across Tennessee with more to come. Auto-Graphics announced that it has implemented its VERSO integrated library system for 95 libraries throughout Tennessee. This large project is part of the initiative spearheaded by the Tennessee State Library and Archives in December 2011 by Tennessee's Secretary of State, Tre Hargett, to provide a statewide ILS to centralize and share library technology in a way that hasn't been done in Tennessee before and making library resources more readily available to their communities. Tennessee State Library and Archives selects Auto-Graphics' AGent VERSO to deliver statewide ILS. Auto-Graphics announced that the Tennessee State Library and Archives has selected the AGent VERSO Consortial Edition, to provide a statewide integrated library system to 100 libraries throughout Tennessee. AGent VERSO's Consortial Edition provides TSLA libraries with a superior level of technology that will advance the system of each of its members. Library staff will have the ability to define localized features and functions in the OPAC as well as develop library specific circulation, lending and borrowing policies. The patrons will have the ability to view and manage their library account, create reading lists, access eBooks, place holds and renew items online. [Full Announcement].

Tennessee State Library and Archives renews contract for AGent. Auto-Graphics, Inc. announced that the Tennessee State Library and Archives has renewed its contract for AGent, expanding Tennessee’s capability for a virtual resource-sharing system by adding AGent’s ISO and Z39.50 portal functionality. State of Tennessee, Division of Library and Archives, awards contract for Internet resource sharing to Auto-Graphics, Inc. extending the 10 year relationship. Auto-Graphics was awarded a contract by the State of Tennessee Division of Library and Archives extending the parties relationship for another three years and representing revenue to the Company of approximately $1.2 million. Auto-Graphics will continue to provide the State of Tennessee with an Internet based public library union catalog, interlibrary loan and cataloging system. Any library or library user in Tennessee with Internet connectivity will continue to have access to interlibrary loan and cataloging as well as to the statewide union list of holdings and serials. Tennessee awards contract for online catalog and statewide interlibrary loan service: Auto-Graphics Web-based service will enable resource sharing among more than 225 sites, with priority on smallest libraries. The State of Tennessee has awarded a three-year contract to Auto-Graphics Inc. to install and maintain a web-based public library catalog and interlibrary loan system with Internet access for library users in all of the state's 95 counties and beyond.
