Mansfield/Richland County Public Library (OH) Selects Encore and Millennium. Innovative announced today that Mansfield/Richland County Public Library (OH) has selected the Millennium ILS and Encore Discovery for management of and access to their digital and print resources. Patrons borrow nearly two million items from the Library per year and average approximately 3,100 daily visits across its eight branches. The Library will also participate in SearchOhio, a web-based service that allows its users to borrow from public-library collections across the state.
