Patron Point Lakeland Library Cooperative, MI chooses Patron Point. Patron Point announced that the Lakeland Library Cooperative in Grand Rapids, Michigan, has selected its patron engagement platform to support its mission to strengthen member libraries in eight west Michigan counties by providing the means to share resources, services, and expertise for the benefit of individuals and communities. BiblioCommons announced that new libraries have come onboard as partners during the fourth quarter of 2020. Innovative Interfaces, Inc. Encore Recently Installed at Six U.S. Public Libraries and Library Systems. Innovative announced today that its Encore Services team recently installed the product at four U.S public libraries: Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh (PA), Evansville-Vanderburgh Public Library (IN), Grosse Pointe Public Library (MI), and West Bloomfield Township Public Library (MI).
