King's College Library Goes Live on Koha with ByWater Support. ByWater Solutions announced that King's College, Leonard Corgan Library in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania is now live on Koha. SIRSI Corporation. Council of Atlantic University Libraries Teams with Sirsi to Create Consortium-wide Portal for Scholarly Information. Sirsi Corporation announced that the Council of Atlantic University Libraries, a consortium of 17 universities in four provinces in Atlantic Canada, is planning to launch the Atlantic Scholarly Information Network Portal, a resource discovery and content management system that will deliver scholarly information and services, regardless of format, to more than 80,000 students, faculty, and staff.
