SirsiDynix SWAN selects SirsiDynix Symphony and SirsiDynix Enterprise for its library management and discovery needs. Illinois-based System Wide Automated Network announced that it has signed a 5-year agreement with SirsiDynix, selecting the Symphony integrated library system, the Enterprise discovery tool, and the eResource Central digital content management tool as the best fits for its 77 member libraries. SWAN’s Enterprise implementation will also feature SirsiDynix’s new, robust integration with EBSCO’s EDS platform for the SWAN member libraries. [Full Announcement].

Auto-Graphics, Inc. Thirteen Public Libraries in Kansas Select AGent VERSO. Auto-Graphics announced that both the North Central Kansas Library System and the NorthWest Kansas Library System have expanded their contracts to offer the AGent VERSO integrated library system to 13 additional public libraries throughout Kansas. This contract expansion brings the total number of libraries in Kansas using AGent VERSO up to 89. [Full Announcement].

Innovative Interfaces, Inc. Dubai Aerospace Enterprise University selects Millennium. Dubai Aerospace Enterprise University (DAEU) of the United Arab Emirates has selected the Millennium integrated library system to support their new library facility and to accomodate rapid first-year growth of the library collection. Polaris Library Systems. East Mississippi Regional Library selects GALAXY for stability and ease-of-use. Gaylord Information Systems announced that the East Mississippi Regional Library has selected GALAXY as its automation solution. The EMRL system consists of the Bay Springs Municipal Library, the Enterprise Public Library, the Louin Public Library, the Pachuta Public Library, the Quitman Public Library (EMRL headquarters), the Shubuta Public Library, the Stonewall Public Library, and the Mary Weems Parker Memorial Library in Heidelberg, Mississippi.
