IGI Global IGI Global Scientific Publishing and Clemson University establish partnership through open access agreement. IGI Global Scientific Publishing has established a partnership with Clemson University through an Open Access Agreement. Through this agreement, Clemson University faculty receive Article Processing Charge funding support from their library to publish in IGI Global Scientific Publishing's Open Access Journal Program, which includes nearly 200 journals across Business & Management, Science, Technology & Medicine, and Education & Social Sciences. By publishing Open Access, faculty benefit from increased visibility, discoverability, and citation impact across hundreds of journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. [Full Announcement].

Association of Research Libraries Clemson University to become 126th member of ARL. The membership of the Association of Research Libraries voted today to invite the Clemson University Libraries to join ARL as the Association's 126th member, effective January 1, 2026. Christopher Cox, dean of libraries at Clemson, accepted the invitation. [Full Announcement].

Innovative Interfaces, Inc. PASCAL Selects Innovative for ILS and resource-sharing systems. A group of sixteen libraries at eight institutions from the Partnership Among South Carolina Academic Libraries will be migrating to Millennium, Innovative''s integrated library management system. The eight institutions are Clemson University, University of South Carolina and its seven regional campuses, the College of Charleston, South Carolina State University, The Citadel, Francis Marion University, Florence Darlington Technical College, and Aiken Technical College. In addition, PASCAL will be installing INN-Reach, Innovative''s patron-initiated resource sharing system, as a move toward universal borrowing among academic institutions throughout the state.
