Ex Libris Aalto University will enhance its remote access services and speed digital transformation with the Ex Libris Higher-Ed Cloud Platform. Ex Libris, a ProQuest company, announced that Aalto University in Finland has selected the Ex Libris Alma library services platform and Primo discovery and delivery solution as part of a drive to upgrade the university's library. The integrated systems will unify the management of resources, simplify and automate workflows, free up staff for working on new initiatives, and strengthen the library's ability to make comprehensive services available remotely. Relais International Linnea2 in Finland begin implementing Pilot Libraries. Relais International announced that four libraries from the Linnea2 Consortium, a group of 17 Finnish Universities and 7 other organizations in Finland, have signed a contract to implement Relais ILL. The 4 libraries, Aalto University, National Repository Library, Oulu University, and the University of Lapland, will pilot the system this year. The National Library of Finland is coordinating the pilot process. [Full Announcement].
